Pricing FAQ

Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 GB/day ingestion, 30-day retention, LPQL search, visual pipelines, and the AI Investigator, no credit card required.
How does LogPulse pricing work?
Pricing is flat per plan (Free, Pro at €59/month, Business at €199/month, and custom Enterprise), not per-GB or per-host. You choose a plan by ingest volume and retention, so there are no surprise overage bills while you stay within your plan.
Which plan includes SIEM, and which includes Observability?
Security Monitoring (SIEM) is included in the Business plan. Observability — services, anomalies and patterns — starts at Pro. Uptime and health checks are on every plan, including Free.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and changes apply from your next billing cycle. Start on Free and move up when you need more ingest, retention, or features.
What does the Enterprise plan include?
Enterprise is a fully dedicated, isolated stack (separate ingest, compute, and storage) with custom ingest limits and retention up to 365 days, SSO/SAML, advanced RBAC, and a custom SLA. Contact sales for pricing.
